While exploring the breathtaking scenery of Bryce Canyon, my group found ourselves craving a hearty meal after a long hike. We drove a mere ten minutes to IDK BBQ, where we were warmly welcomed by a friendly cook who served up some of the best brisket I've ever tasted, accompanied by creamy mac and cheese and cornbread. The atmosphere was charming, the prices reasonable, and with every bite, I knew this was a culinary discovery worth sharing.
