This restaurant is a must-visit after a long day of hiking in Capitol Reef. The food is consistently delicious, from the Orange Peel Grilled Trout to the chicken pot pie, and the attentive staff truly enhance the dining experience.

Capitol Reef Resort's Pioneer Kitchen is a must-try for a satisfying dining experience. The Orange Peel Grilled Trout and Stewed Braised Beef Short Ribs were both exceptional choices, complemented by the attentive service provided by Shaun. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting for a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
