I picked up a quarter beef yesterday and I was surprised how well everything was packaged. I just wish they had an actual website. The staff was great, and the beef was prepared on time for us to pick up. But I still don't know if the beef i purchased was grass fed or not. I couldn't get much info of what I was purchasing.

I was very disappointed. I brought two steers in and had a 48% loss from the hanging weight. I have never had such losses in my life at any butcher. Either they increased my hanging weight to get more money from me or they stole 238 lbs of meat from me. ( about $2000 with of meat).
I discussed this with the owner and he tried to give me 20 lbs of ground beef to appease me. I truly know that I was cheated. Do not go here unless you want to be cheated.

All of their meat is good. The pricing is also very good. We live in Salt Lake City and we have a friend that lives in Grantsville bring it to us because it's the best quality at a low price. So greatful we found this place.
I was previously a meat cutter for 5 years and they are really good at cutting quality cuts of meat. It all looks really nice so far.

Top grade grass fed meat. Reasonable price. Some times I'm able to pick up the same time I order.
