Ok, we went here with the highest of expectations due to all the 5-star reviews!
We were terribly let-down!!
The food was terrible, cold and not warm! The service left a lot to be desired! The drinks were the best part! Cold waffles, a steak that was cut with the grain and rendered inedible, asked for more syrup and never got it!
To top off our horrible brunch, our server drops our check, but not the detailed version, just the balance. We didn't think much of it so tipped and paid our bill! After doing some math in our heads, as we headed to our car, the total seemed high. So we approached the manager who produced a detailed copy of the receipt which showed the waiter added a gratuity (20%) and we tipped on top of that because we had no idea we had been auto-grated! We were just a two top and have never had this happen!
So after reading all the 5-star reviews I'm hoping this was a one time horrible experience, but we will not bensvk. Too many other great food establishments in Park City!!
Sorry Blue Sky.... a big swing and a total miss!!!
