I am a fan of The Flying Goat Cafe. This quaint cafe has excellent food and great staff. I love their breakfast and lunch choices. Not once have I been disappointed! The locale has tables for 4, 2 people along the length of the wall, and also sitting at the counter. The menu is posted on the wall and specials at the entrance. Staff greet guests in a friendly manner and are quick at serving. A variety of excellent coffees is available, something one does not find often in small towns like Panguitch. I understand that owners are veterans of our great nation. More power to them!
