The cafe was clean, with tidy bathrooms and tables, and the staff were friendly and cheerful throughout my visit. Despite some initial doubts due to negative reviews, the food was as good as any Cafe Rio I've tried, and the atmosphere was pleasant without being crowded. The wait time was reasonable, and overall, it felt like the service and cleanliness had improved significantly since previous visits.
