The Malt Shop had a lively and nostalgic ambiance evoking a classic diner experience. The menu offered a variety of tasty options, with the standout being the flavorful Piccadillys and the satisfying King Burger.

This is the absolute best place to eat in Ephraim, Utah. Dare I say best place to eat in Sanpete County, including Manti, Mount pleasant or Moroni.
Carl the owner gives the absolute best service you could ask for. when he is cooking the meals always come out steaming hot with the absolute best flavor. I love their Big Fish sandwich with hot golden french fries right out of the fryer.
