restaurant manager was never there the whole week i stayed there. never have i ate at a restaurant that a manager would not be there to asks random tourists how everything was. i asked the waiters where would i find the manager to give him/her the personal compliment of running a great restaurant with friendly employees. how can you say that a good place to eat is run by a great manager when the whole time it seemed as though the waiters were the ones handling everything on their own. they must be hard workers to never have a manager around.
