Yesterday I went to the arbys in Nephi. I went through the drivethru to order one item: a cherry turnover. I waited over ten mins. behind one vehicle ahead of me to get their order. I finally get to the window amd sit there for over 5 mins while the employees are visiting with each other. Eventually an employee comes to the window to tell me they actually sold the last cherry turnover at the same exact time. WHAT??? Why have I been sitting here all this time? She offers to fry me one saying its really good that way...it turned out to not to be cooked all the way: very doughy. I just spent over 20 mins in a drivethru for a uncooked turnover. Don't go to this particular Arbys unless u like spending all day in ypur car in the drivethru for nothing. Horrible service !! Horrible food!!
