Byrne Dairy in New Hartford has been a regular stop for me, especially because of the warm and friendly woman working behind the counter who always makes my visits enjoyable with her genuine smile and conversation. Their dairy products remind me of childhood, especially the milk in glass bottles, and I never miss out on their soft serve black raspberry ice cream from the walk-up window. The store also offers all the usual convenience items, plenty of well-lit gas pumps, and member discounts that make it a practical choice for fueling up.

I frequently visit Byrne Dairy in New Hartford, NY, with my latest stop being today, April 5, at around 8:30 am. The African American woman at the counter, whose name I regrettably can't recall, is incredibly warm and personable-her friendly demeanor makes it a joy to engage in conversation with her. Her exceptional customer service and genuine kindness truly make a positive impact, and I always look forward to interacting with her during my visits to the store.
