The best 🍕 in upstate ny I will and have traveled many miles for there pizza and wings because I can't find anyone that even comes close to them.

There menu prices are out of date, and when ordering no mention of item price increase.
My order on pick up was $12 higher, a big surprise. Wings where over cooked and pizza was burned on edges and bottom.

Ordered penne la vodka, and got penne la garbage. So bad no taste dry pasta barly any sauce. Avoid this place

I feel like I was robbed! Ordered a lasagna and couldnt stand to take more then two bites. I swear, I have had better in cheap TV dinners. It was so bland and mushy. Imagine just melting a bunch of mozz cheese with little sausage in between lasagna noodles, throwing a bunch of really cheap sauce on top and tossing it in the microwave. Disgusting! Pizza is good though, thank god I ordered a slice along with the lasagna. I swear, a dollar store tv dinner version of lasagna would taste better. And for $10??? Would have refused to pay for it but I do like their pizza and want to be able to order in the future. They should be ashamed to serve such crap!

Parkway is a decent little pizza place in Utica. Good pizza and friendly pizza.

The food is pretty good. Love the buffalo chicken pizza. But the service is subpar and the people working behind the counter are often rude and abrupt.

I ordered for pickup and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went there at the time they said, and waited an additional 20 minutes until the order was ready. The guys working there were rude, JerseyShore type characters, and they didn't even apologize for the wait. The pizza wasn't that great, certainly not for that kind of wait time, and there are much better options for pizza.

The young kid that answers the phone and doesnt speak english always messes up my order and charges me extra and then trys to argue with me
