the pure disgust I have...the incompetence in this place is beyond measure. I can't say enough how you should avoid this place! 3 times in a row they have ruined our night. The first time they pissed me off was a horrible Valentine's Day dinner in the restaurant. the second time we did take out and they forgot to put my fiancés eggplant in the pasta...had to be on the phone for half hour getting a refund and they would only refund her dinner not the whole bill even tho they ruined it. Now we order a chicken salad and Italian nachos. After 40 mins sitting at the bar wondering where the take out is the guy comes out and says they burned the nachos and have none left... that's three times in a row they've screwed up! now wouldn't you think they'd make it right with a gift card or a free meal for ruining the night? No...would only refund the nachos lollll horrible place and I won't be giving them any business neither should you. Avoid the headache your welcome in advance.

Dinner w/friends 3/24/18, I ordered the French onion soup which lacked flavor. Also ordered the steak sandwich
w/greens, the greens had a peculiar taste almost like cooked in vinegar, I do know that when greens are starting to go bad they take on the taste of vinegar. I advised that waiter and he took them back and asked if I would like any other topping I stated mushrooms, when he brought the sandwich back I counted the mushrooms on one hand, to make matters worse they charged me for the mushrooms. My husband had lasagna which was cold in the middle. Shame on you Teddy's, for the additional charge for the mushrooms. We used to eat there as least once a month, sorry you have lost our business for good.
