Worst dinner experience ever. Over priced fast food!!!! Please there are so many authentic Italian restaurants in Utica do not eat here. They spend more money on decorations than they do food or a chef.

Food is great but let me warn you about their Chicken Riggies and their Greens so so good you won't eat them anywhere else. If you do order them elsewhere you will be sadly disappointed.

Had my daughter's wedding shower at Bella Regina and everyone was very impressed with the food, the service, the atmosphere and the professionalism of ""Regina and Ange. It was a spectacular success and everyone had a good time.
Congratulations to Regina and Ange for putting out a most delectable Mimosa Brunch. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We had alot of rave remarks about the success of the shower and had it not been for Regina, we would have had a different outcome. Cannot say enough nice things about Bella Regina..It is what it is because of her hard work and dedication. Looking forward to going there for our next big occasion and just to enjoy the good food and company. Thanks again Bella Regina for being sooooo good to us!!

I am gluten free. I found a crouton in my salad. I ordered chicken and it was so rubbery I could have thrown it against the wall and watched it bounce. They tried to charge me for the whole meal. When I complained, they took half off. The cosmopolitan that I ordered was like kool-aid and they charged NYC prices --12 dollars. It was the WORST experience I have had at a restaurant in a very long time.
