My friends and I visited Utica from Baltimore to explore the Baseball HOF in Cooperstown nearby. We discovered Lukin's through a local recommendation and enjoyed their grilled wings and pizza, along with friendly service and reasonable prices. The wings were particularly outstanding and worth the return visit the following night.
