I have been to Venice's several times with my wife. We have always been satisfied with the food and services however, on 3/8/2017 I stopped for lunch and had a really bad day there. I had ordered a small tuna sub with cheese no tomatoes. Well the gentleman took my order and did not give me a chance to order a drink. I received my lunch and the sandwich had tomatoes and no cheese. I sent it back and it was returned then with no cheese. The counter attendant was preoccupied with something else and didn't pay attention to what he was doing.

Tomato pie was horrible gummy and just not tomato pie-- We have the best tomaio pie in town at Daniell's catering

My wife and I have eaten here several times and the food in my opinion was really good. My wife will order the steak and greens sub without the bun and the serving size is incredible and my self, can't finish a full sub. I highly recommend and have you try Venice. Great job

Pizza is good, probably dead in the middle for the Utica area, which has above avg pizza at the non-chains. But this place and it's workers act like they invented pizza, and invented Italy. All attitude, slow service, rude. Arrogant. Too many good places in Utica to eat or grab a pizza to be up with any attitude.

If you like burned food, this place is for you. My eggplant sub was burned and they wouldn't refund my money. We had ordered a pizza a week ago and that was also burned .
Will not be eating here again!
