food is atrocious/customer service is mean -spirited/ no regard for customers needs/masquerades as a bakery but has no rolls cakes pies/ same stale unimaginative menu/ interior lacks ambience/parking is a pain in the butt/ very unfriendly gemntleman manning fron counter---which is only counter et al etc and so on and so on

Would never go back again. Old lady and here friends talk about customers and make up rumors about people they don't like. Watched her prepare my food without wearing gloves. Most of the food aren't fresh always hard and stale.

I was there, ordered a sub.an old woman took my order.she didn't wash her hands or wear gloves. I paid for and left I had to throw it away and wet some where else.the people that she had for company along with her were gossiping rude remarks about other people which is not business like.

need to have someone work there that isn't so miserable about having to work. like really, stay in bed if it such a struggle to answer the phone with a smile in your voice.
