Yeah I got two sandwiches to go the toaster so hard and needed a jackhammer to eat it I had to throw everything away or a waste of money that was haha suck on that

Today I went to bennu cafe in whitesboro plz, and I order a East Utica steak and fries and the Lady name Hilary was very rude. Shes always at the bar drinking, and as I’m waiting I ask how much longer it will be. I was waiting for almost 20 mins or longer and her remark was it will get to u when it gets to u. If ur inpatient you take ur business some where else. I go in there a lot and I always see this women at the bar always drinking and very rude always towards her customers. I will never go back in there and I told a lot my friends that goes there how bad food has been how long wait has been and how rude this lady was too me. We will never go back into that business again. She was so rude she had remark towards my youngest daughter and told her to stop crying in this place or get out and don’t come back. So I walked out not to happy. Someone needs to do something about this lady but I pass word around bout this business and how old workers are in there.

Not impressed!! Went today and ordered sandwich and fries. Fries came out early and girl took to another table. After sandwich was brought,she realized mistake. Went over to table and brought to us.Disgusted!!

Today my co workers and I ordered lunch from Bennu. We had a total of 4 sandwiches and 1 order of chicken tenders. I called the Whitesboro location at 11:00 am and requested the food be ready for pick up at 12:20. I arrived at 12:15, and waited in line for 7 minutes. When I got up to the counter, I gave my name, the worker took my payment and said I will have it for you in 2 minutes. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I approached the counter and asked if it was ready. I was again told, 2 minutes. By this time I was already over my lunch half hour and late for work. 5 minutes later I again approached the counter. The girl then told me to go wait at the other end of the counter to talk to a manager because she would not “deal with me.” When I spoke to the manager and told him how long ago I called and when it was supposed to be ready and how long I had been standing there, he told me that there was nothing he could do about it and that I could leave if I wanted, otherwise it would be 5-10 more minutes. I said I have already paid for $50.00 worth of food! Again, I stated that I had called at 11 a.m. for a 12:20 pick up. He then stated that it didn’t matter what time I call, it will be ready when they get it ready because they are busy. Not once did this manager apologize to me, or try to make my visit a positive experience. At 12:50 I finally walked out of the location with my food, 20 minutes late from my lunch. I am absolutely disgusted with how the staff at this location treated me. They did not care if they had our business or not. They also told another customer who had been calling for 45 minutes trying to place an order that they took their phone off the hook. There is some serious need for customer service training at this location. My work place is a huge business that orders food every week. Because of my experience today, Bennu is most likely going to be taken off of our list of where we order from.
