After researching the best poutine in Vancouver, I found a bustling eatery on Commercial Drive that offers an impressive variety of poutines alongside hot dogs, sandwiches, and burgers. The "Smoked Beef" poutine was a satisfying choice, featuring Montreal-style smoked beef over classic fries, and while the fries had a unique texture, the meal was enjoyable, especially when paired with a beer.
