During our recent visit to Le Crocodile in Vancouver, the impeccable service by Brian and the exquisite French cuisine made for an exceptional dining experience, from perfectly cooked scallops and rich lobster bisque to the unforgettable Grand Marnier soufflí© finished tableside. The elegant ambiance, attentive staff, and thoughtfully prepared dishes justified the higher price point, leaving a lasting impression that will draw me back on future trips.
