Caffe Artigiano in Burnaby Heights offers a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of seating inside and out, friendly staff, and a solid menu including Spanish Latte, ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches, and seasonal drinks like the Naval Orange Mocha. The cafí© has Wi-Fi and a nice tea selection, though the early closing time and occasional loud music can detract from the otherwise pleasant environment for studying or relaxing.

Caffe Artigiano in Burnaby is a top spot for me, especially for their Spanish Latte - I always get it with half the sweetness, super tasty! Their pastries are also a hit with me. The location is great, with street parking in front and a lot in the back, and plenty of seating inside and out. The staff are always friendly and it's a nice place to hang out for a coffee date or study session.
