The hand shredded chicken over rice here is incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, served with a generous portion alongside boiled Chinese cabbage drizzled with soy sauce for a savory flavor. The meal also comes with a light, clean chicken broth with sweet bursts of corn, and I always opt for the extra large portion because it's worth every penny for such a satisfying experience.
