I found this great spot in the atrium across from the Vancouver Public Central Library where I had the best London fog and hot chocolate. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, the atmosphere was perfect for people-watching while enjoying my drinks.
