I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant truly impressed me. Having sampled ramen at various spots in Canada and the USA, none have compelled me to share my thoughts until now. The miso ramen at Sushi Day was exceptional, surpassing all others I've tried. The customer service was outstanding, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Vancouver.
