The warm and attentive staff here truly make every visit feel welcoming, and the food consistently impresses with its flavorful, tender chicken and crispy sides. I appreciate the spacious, clean environment and the thoughtful touches like timely updates on orders and eco-friendly packaging. While some items like the avocado portion felt a bit small and a few minor inconsistencies occurred, the overall experience remains delicious and satisfying.

The Nando's in Ironwood Richmond is an outstanding dining experience. The staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food is consistently delicious. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the attentive service provided by the staff.
