The meal was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, featuring salmon and bison dishes at our table, along with bannock paired with a pine jelly. I am eager to return after having an amazing dining experience during restaurant week, enjoying dishes like candied salmon, bone marrow, bison shepherd pie, and elk medallions. The wine flight pairings were exceptional, and the friendly and professional service, especially from Bridgette, added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
