Koko's on East Hastings is a long-standing favorite of mine due to the courteous owner and staff. The diverse clientele, including regulars and those in the seafood industry, adds to the welcoming atmosphere. For me, Koko's sets the standard for freshness and overall dining experience among Japanese restaurants in Vancouver.
