After searching for good banh mi and banh cuon, I found Thu Hien and was impressed by the freshly made Vietnamese dishes and generous portions. The banh cuon, made fresh to order with thin, silky rice rolls and flavorful fillings, stood out as some of the best I've had, complemented by tasty fish sauce and fried shallots. Although the space is small and service straightforward, the authentic flavors, reasonable prices, and variety of Vietnamese foods make it a worthwhile stop whenever I'm in Vancouver.

After searching for a great banh mi spot, I discovered Thu Hien Deli one night. The shop was small, crammed with to-go Vietnamese food, but the banh cuon was delicious and worth the visit.
