A sparkling personality that matches his leadership and high quality foods, I interacted with the owner several times as his bakery in North Vancouver is a class act.
Unbeknownst to me, he raved about my professionalism and dispatched a letter of high praises to my employer, and he was not alone, as many others did same without my solicitation. Thomas often came out with a big smile and gave me free treats and coffee as with his staff, thank you as never once was it expected but deeply appreciated. I even bought his staff a dozen donuts to say thanks. My direct supervisor was floored at my interaction and fostered relationships with many customers who, like Thomas Haas, were good folks. My company has others before me servicing TH but none came close to my efforts in fostering positive relationships, fact. The man is a legend and I still relish a selfie with him and his friendliness and big smile.
Their croissants are second to none, and my spouse adored them as they mirrored the high quality of France. I have nothing but high praises for the man, and how his staff interacted with me. Bravo..I miss him as a client because of a bad work injury but put aside the many croissants and coffee I got from them, they are the "wow factor". All my best...
