The owners of the store are from Taipei, Taiwan, and even though their English is limited, I had no trouble finding and purchasing the produce I wanted. Everything in the store is handmade by the couple, and I'm really impressed by the quality and freshness of their products. If you're in the area, definitely give it a try for a taste of Taiwan in Vancouver! I adore dim sum because it's something I can enjoy at home - just pop a few frozen pieces in the steamer, add some greens, and in twenty minutes, you have a delicious meal. The service is friendly, and they offer a good variety of frozen dim sum and fresh noodles. If only my freezer had more space, I would happily buy one of everything, but unfortunately, I'm limited on storage.
