I had a patio seating dilemma last year, but Guy, the manager, swiftly reached out to address my concerns about the patio temperature. He not only apologized but also promised to make our next visit extra special with complimentary appetizers. When we visited on remembrance day, Guy personally welcomed us and brought us a couple of appetizers, making it a memorable lunch experience. Cheers to Guy for his outstanding customer service!
