The Bay Benny with guacamole, prawns, and tomato jam blew me away, especially with the extra hollandaise that was perfectly buttery and lemony, complemented by the switch to crispy potato wedges. The service was friendly and efficient, the food arrived hot with perfectly poached eggs, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, making it an exceptional dining experience I look forward to repeating.
