My favorite restaurant in Vancouver offers unforgettable food, Michelin-level service, and delicious cocktails, with standout dishes like the snake river steak tartare, tajarin, stuffed olives, udon with snow crab and prawns, charcoal noodles, and pork, creating an amazing dining experience that I can't wait to revisit.
