The ramen here seriously tastes like it's straight from Niigata, Japan, especially the tsukemen with its flavorful broth and perfectly chewy noodles. The vibe is chill and clean with friendly service, though parking can be a hassle and it's cash only, but totally worth the visit if you're craving authentic Japanese ramen.
