The Bun Bo Hue here really exceeded my expectations; the clear broth was flavorful and avoided the blandness I've encountered at other spots in Burnaby. I enjoyed the pho, which had a well-made broth, although it came with bean sprouts mixed in, so be sure to ask for those on the side if you prefer. I also tried the lemongrass chicken on vermicelli, and it was a satisfying meal with a great balance of fresh veggies and noodles.
