I tried the Kimchi Philly for $9 and was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. The flavors were well-balanced, with the kimchi adding a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the toasted bun adding a perfect crunch. Despite being a bit salty and messy, I enjoyed it and would consider trying the Geisha Philly next time for a different twist on the classic cheesesteak experience.
