I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Edouard Giessinger, years ago at a wine tasting event and recently got to experience his remarkable Wine, Wit, and Wisdom firsthand. Edouard's passion for winemaking shines through as he shares his amazing wines and captivating stories with guests. The cozy ambiance and friendly service at Giessinger Winery in Fillmore make it a must-visit destination for any wine lover.
