Establos has been one of my favorites for nearly a decade, offering fresh ingredients and a family-run market vibe that feels authentic. Their chorizo and lengua tacos are bursting with flavor, and the breakfast burritos and menudo on Sundays never disappoint. Establos has been a favorite of mine for nearly a decade, offering a family-run market with a vast selection of fresh meats. Their chorizo is truly exceptional and their Sunday morning menudo is a must-try. The establishment's system of ordering at the front register and picking up your meal at the back meat counter is efficient, allowing for a quick and enjoyable dining experience.
