Rosabella's has definitely changed since the days when it was just a panaderia, now serving a mix of international dishes alongside their Mexican breakfast classics. I tried the Fernando's omelette and some churro-like beignets, and while the food was tasty and the portions generous, a little salsa really brought the flavors together. The vibe is cozy and low-key, with friendly, attentive staff and quick service, making it a chill spot for breakfast or brunch with plenty of bakery treats to check out too.

Rosabella's used to be a popular Mexican bakery, but has now transformed into a diverse restaurant that still offers delicious baked goods. During a recent visit for breakfast, the cozy atmosphere was calming with only a few customers. The menu features a mix of international and Mexican breakfast options, such as beignets and chilaquiles, that are flavorful and satisfying.
