Went there for dinner a couple day ago..the place was not crowded, so that couldn't’ be an excuse.
So I ordered prime ribs…asked for medium rare. It came out more medium, but that was not the problem…it was cold…also the whole dinner was cold, potatoes and veggies too, maybe warm but not as if it was just cooked. So I told waitress it was cold and she took it back and brought it back out…still cold……I asked again , so she took back and brought it out again…..still somewhat cold….I just said it was fine at that point….My point is this, prices are extremely high…..
Not complaining but if you are going to charge that much, like $42 for prime ribs, should I really have had to send it back twice with no good outcome……….again., don’t mine paying, but please, you cannot serve food that way….not a great experience…I will not got back there anytime soon….ps…hats off to the staff..great service……get a chef that cares about cooking…
