Visiting Vermont brought me back to a familiar restaurant/pub where the recent upgrades really enhanced the cozy atmosphere, especially the stunning view from the back reception bar. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, with the French onion soup loaded with melted cheese and the homemade poutine bursting with rich gravy and cheese droplets. The staff consistently impressed me with their courteous and efficient service, making every visit enjoyable whether for a casual meal or a large celebration.

Visited The Abbey during a trip back home to Vermont, reminiscing about my days working there with a friend. The new additions to the restaurant/pub were impressive, especially the cozy pub booth we chose and the delicious French onion soup we savored. Despite some minor hiccups with the waitstaff, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for more of the Gavin Ryan burger and friendly chats with owner Dave.
