After months of trying, we finally snagged counter seats at Brown Cow, and it was totally worth the wait. The cook's skill shone through as we enjoyed perfectly cooked dishes, from hearty omelettes to scrumptious waffles, all served with friendly smiles in a cozy atmosphere that feels like home.

The Western sandwich is not on many menus so when I come across it on a luncheon menu I usually order one. In 67 years, I came across the best one I ever had at the Brown Cow. It was so light and fluffy - just perfection! I'll be back - not only for the sandwich but for the friendly and nice people who work there.
