I had a conversation with Joanne, one of the owners of Maplebrook Farm, regarding an error with our cheese order at the VT Cheesemakers Festival. She was incredibly helpful and is sending the correct product to us on Tuesday. I just tried the feta, and it's the best I've found since working next to a Greek market-great job, folks!
