Walking into this sandwich shop, I was immediately greeted with warm, authentic Italian hospitality that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The Italian Stallion sub I ordered was generously packed with meats and veggies, making it two meals for just $9.50, and the friendly, family-run atmosphere combined with a diverse menu and fast service made it clear why this place is a beloved staple in Rutland.

If I had to rate this place on friendliness alone this would be five star dining. Such nice nice nice people. My sandwich was absolutely fantastic. I always say I don't mind paying for quality and this was a nice quality sandwich. Very nice hoagie bread and I could tell the meat inside was good quality meat. All the vegetables were nice and fresh. This will be our new go-to sandwich shop

as soon as I enter this venerable rutland eatery, I am wholeheartedly greeted with "BROTHER!" they know what I want before I know what I want...haha! you can create anything you want from their menu, and they actually encourage creativity. I can stay as long as I want. awesome, brother! mcneil burgers for all! blueberry muffins, coffee, etc. as terry likes to proclaim: bring it on, brother! and that's the secret.....immediate acknowledgement of their customers, every time, every day! that's why I will go there everyday....attention to detail, brother. they pay attention to their customers, not their damn cell phones! awesome job, brothers! Martha and dave are a hoot too! and terry's sister, also. (I keep forgetting her name, sorry) great food, great company....keep it up, guys!
