After some solid runs, sinking into the fiery kick of Szechuan beef paired with vegetable fried rice and hot oil peppers was a perfect way to ignite my taste buds, while the authentic Japanese soda added a playful fizz to the evening. Despite a power outage mid-meal, the lively service and vibrant flavors kept the night spirited and unforgettable, making each bite and sip a warm celebration amidst the mountain chill.
