Recently, I revisited a local restaurant that I had tried in the past. While my previous experience with the food was disappointing, I learned that the establishment faces challenges due to its seasonal nature. However, this summer, the OCC restaurant has made a comeback with delicious food and a great selection of beer. Situated overlooking a picturesque golf course, the restaurant offers a beautiful setting whether you choose to dine on the screen porch or inside at the bar area, both of which typically have ample seating. During my lunch visit, the service was friendly and efficient, and the grilled chicken sandwich and OCC burger with upgraded potato fries were satisfying choices. While my burger was cooked more well done than I preferred, it still met my expectations. The Vermont beer served was at the perfect temperature, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to returning to this restaurant multiple times throughout the summer, as it offers a pleasant atmosphere and tasty food that doesn't require a round of golf to enjoy.
