The burgers at Bin 4 are exceptional, surpassing many I've tried, including those in LA. While the atmosphere is modern and inviting, the wait times can be lengthy, especially during busy hours. The late-night discount after 9 PM makes it an excellent option for those seeking a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
