Our Brisket is smoked in a traditional Austin Texas manner where it’s slow cooked and bathed in Hickory smoke for up to 17 hours then set out to rest for an extra hour to catch its breath and rest. Starting off with a bit of a trim, our briskets are rubbed down with our special hand seasonings to assure that great Texas taste and that real dark bark that Texas Brisket is known for. • The Ultimate WingThe best of the best. These Wings are the real deal! We first BBQ our extra-large wings until fully cooked but not too much. Then after flash chilling them we take an order and toss them in a Fryer for 4 minutes. The fact they are cold when fried allows them to quickly crisp up but not overcook or dry out. What is left is a supper crispy moist wing perfect for dipping or just enjoyed them out of the fryer naked. Get your favorite dipping sauce to enhance the experience. We're proud of them and some say they’re are the best Wings in town.
• Mac-n-cheese - Small (6 Oz) $7.50
• Mac-N-Cheese: Creamy, cheesy tender traditional Mac-N-Cheese. It’s a simple recipe but if you want that Bing Bang Boom, then you can still jazz it up. Try throwing on some of our Hickory smoked pork or Sweet Jalapenos! BAM - now that’s more like it!
• Sweoke Beans - Small (6 Oz) $8.59
• Sweoke Beans (Sweet & Smoky Beans): We had to come up with a name that does these beans justice. We start off with a traditional baked bean and then add so much more. We not only add our famous pulled pork to these beans but we also add our competition rub. Then it’s all smoked on our Hickory fired pits for several hours, adding that perfect touch of hickory and savory pork to a classic baked bean. Not your average pork & bean here!

The food at Hog-It-Up is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I had a succulent meal with crispy cheese that was irresistible. The parking in the back makes it convenient to visit as well.
