The barbecue here offers tender, flavorful meats like burnt ends, ribs, and pulled pork, complemented by a variety of delicious sides such as coleslaw, potato salad, and crispy Brussels sprouts. Although some items, like the ribs, may seem a bit pricey and certain meats can be slightly dry, the generous portions and tasty desserts like banana pudding and berry cobbler contribute to an enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere is casual and cozy with friendly, attentive service, making it a solid choice for both dine-in and takeout meals.

The BBQ at Mookie's was absolutely delicious, with the burnt ends and sausage being our top favorites. The ample beer selection and delicious sides made for a satisfying meal, although the prices were a bit on the higher side. The friendly service, cool atmosphere, and overall positive dining experience will definitely bring us back in the future.
