Visted tonight for chicken strips. Doors locked, couldn't enter although guests were inside. Drive in window was very slow to take order and even slower to produce our order. Terrible service. We really need more options. Hardees should just close.

Purchased a crispy chicken meal. The coating on the chicken looked delicious. Tried to take a bite of the chicken sandwich and the chicken was not done, literally. I tried to pull it apart with my hands and it was in one piece and could not pull apart. Raw chicken. That's it for me. Writing them off.

This Hardee's has failed in the last three attempts to get a dinner from them,
First time there was no chicken. Next time it was a 20 minute wait for the chicken, tonight, there are no biscuits.
Three strikes Hardee's, you are OUT!
Never will I buy from you again.
