I've explored this cafeteria a few times over the years, with my latest visit being today. It's located in the basement of Inova Fairfax Hospital, accessible via the green coded signs leading to the elevator. There are plenty of food options available, including hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, soups, salads, and their Chicken Gumbo is quite flavorful; however, I did notice a lack of AC outlets for charging my laptop.
